Azienda Agricola Cascina Madonnina has specialised in geese and ducks breeding since 2005. The company stands out for the artisanal goose meat processing: it produces pure goose cold cuts that it markets under Quack® brand.
Geese and ducks are bred in open spaces and fed with natural poultry food, in full compliance with the environment and animal welfare.

Buffalo breeding
Azienda Agricola Cascina Madonnina has specialised in Maremma buffalo breeding and in the production of Bufazola®, a blue cheese produced 100% with buffalo milk.
