Hammam

You can start the wellness path from the calidarium: it’s the hottest room with 40/45 degrees Celsius where you can enjoy the relaxing effects of the steam bath.

The steam bath brings many benefits to the body: it cleanse skin deeply, improves blood circulation and breathing and has a positive effect on mood by fighting anxiety and stress.

From calidarium you pass into the large warm room, the tepidarium, with a temperature of 30/35 degrees Celsius, and finally into frigidarium, where the whirlpool bath with cold water (max 32°C) tones the whole body.

At the end of the path you’ll find the diwan room where you can drink herbal teas of different kind: relaxing, balsamic, digestive and invigorating.

It’s necessary to bring a bathing suit and slippers

Salt cave

The salt cave is a romm completely covered with pure mineral salt, rich in precious microelements (including iodine, iron, copper, zinc, fluorine, selenium), in which a particular microclimate is reproduced with constant temperature and humidity. The microparticles of salt, nebulizza in the environment, are inhaled and thus carry out their anti-inflammatory action on the respiratory tract, strengthening them against common ailments caused by bacteria, smog and tobacco.

The salt cave is also indicated for skin problems (psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, acne) because it stimulates the normalization of the superficial skin protection. During your stay in the cave you can sit and relax by listening to soft music and your kids can play on the ground with the salt minerals as if they where on the beach.

The salt cave is not an alternative to traditional pharmacological therapies, it is however a valid natural remedy: a single session brings benefits that are comparable to a three-day stay at the seaside.

Natural pool

From an old pre-war horizontal forage and rainwater recovery silos we have created a natural pool in which during winter season flows the hot water produced by our woody biomass gassificati plant.

The pools are arranged on 3 levels, maintaining the conformation of the original structure. The green relaxation area is completed with deckchairs and wooded shaded areas at the complete disposal of our costumers.
